Own tool shop
We do everything ourselves!
In our own tool shop, we manufacture the components required for the production of profiles, such as forming rollers, punching and cutting tools as well as profile or system-specific components. Thanks to a large number of existing combination tools, we try to keep the cost of new tools for the customer as low as possible. The customer only pays for his specific tool components and also has the guarantee of maintenance and renewal for the entire service life of his profiles. The tools are always available for the customer and are serviced after each production run and stored until the next production run. The in-house manufacture of tools and proximity to production reduces dependencies and avoids major downtimes.

Realization of large-scale projects
The project business often differs significantly from normal day-to-day business in terms of order processing, volume, logistics and scheduling. Different profiles often have to be manufactured and delivered at the same time for a project, which requires careful coordination and monitoring of planning. Functioning fine logistics are often crucial and must be ensured on a project-specific basis. We deliver for projects all over the world and ensure availability for our customers.
With our large stock of primary materials, we can ensure the availability of primary materials for specific projects and absorb fluctuations in steel prices. At our site in Möhlin, we also have a container warehouse where we can temporarily store large quantities of profiles until delivery. The customer thus benefits from optimized rolling lot sizes and attractive price conditions. Using flexible loading ramps, we can safely load containers within 15 minutes. For larger projects, we can also provide an appropriate platform for unloading the containers at the unloading site.
Heating, cooling, acoustic and illumination - all in one profile!
Our customer approached us with the challenge of producing a multifunctional profile for panel heating systems. We used organically coated pre-material which eliminates the entire painting and powder coating process. The pipes for heating or cooling must be pressed precisely into the profile so that no energy is lost. An ingenious hole pattern can also be used for sound insulation and the lighting is also integrated directly into the product by inserting LED lights.

Solar Project
In the field of solar and photovoltaics, we realize build-to-print projects or develop and deliver the perfect solution for the substructure for the specific project. Taking into account local conditions such as ground conditions, snow or wind load and proximity to the sea, we calculate the statics and supply the appropriate profile design. Of course, the simplest possible installation and subsequent maintenance are also taken into consideration. We consistently rely on the material zinc/aluminum/magnesium and have a strong development partnership with our primary material supplier to achieve higher strength and comprehensive corrosion protection. We can currently guarantee corrosion protection for 25 years, reinsured by the supplier. Our locations enable us to offer our customers optimal and cost-effective logistics solutions for the punctual realization of global projects.
